TIA JEAN
Owner | Life and Business Admin Specialist
In 2024, Tia became the heart behind Organise.Curate.Design. after taking over the reigns from Founder, Caroline Brunne. She has since carried it into something that blends creativity and organisation into a collective that is curating clarity out of chaos.
Tia has always had a deep interest in people and the puzzle of how we all fit together, with her career starting in retail and hospitality, then to management and admin while she completed her Bachelor of Arts in Psychological Science and Sociology at the University of Sydney.
She's since had the pleasure of turning her lived and academic experience into a thriving eco-system doing what she does best - designing lives and businesses that not only work, but look and feel good in the process.
Through grounded thinking, and a little bit of admin magic, her expertise now lies in finding real solutions to real-world problems.
LOU CUMMING
Life and Business Admin Specialist
Lou's career began in the creative world - studying performing arts and co-founding a theatre company where she quickly discovered a gift for building systems, processes and environments that help people thrive. That talent has naturally evolved into her current work as a disability support worker and administration roles where she helps people feel grounded, organised and empowered in their everyday lives.
Living with a chronic illness has shaped Lou’s approach to both work and wellbeing. She values pacing, flexibility and sustainability for herself and for the people she supports and brings a calm, steady presence that helps others feel safe, seen and supported.
At home, Lou shares life with her partner and their two dogs - Lady and Bugs - who ensure things are always playful, noisy and joyfully chaotic. She’s passionate about helping others design lives that are meaningful, well-paced and rich in small, deeply satisfying wins.
